GameCrush is the first 18+ social gaming site that allows users to meet, match and pay to play online games with other users to enhance their gaming experience.
Users can create profiles that include rich social networking content tools such as text chat, interests, pictures, blogs, video clips, and more. Users can also define the types of games they are interested in and choose between four ‘zones’ of game play including casual (Arcade), competitive (Arena), educational (Academy) and an anything goes category (The Edge). The GameCrush platform enables users to choose who and what to play and offering a way to monetize the social aspect of gaming.
Those paying to play (called Players) buy credits. These credits can then be used to play other users (called PlayDates) as well as purchase virtual goods that also have a transferable credit value. PlayDates get paid twice a month on the number of credits they have earned and GameCrush takes a cut.
Users can also play for a charity or social cause. Upon the completion of a game, users can rate their experience with those who receive higher ratings being rewarded with increased site visibility.
